FOUND - Broke Hall estate on the east side
of Ipswich
30/07/2010
We found a young ferret last night running around
our house which is located in the Broke Hall estate on the east
side of Ipswich. Please call 01473 729789 or
E-Mail
Me. It is a white albino Jill which looks quite young, it
must be a pet as it is very friendly. I have taken it to the RSPCA
centre at Martlesham who have put it in a suitable cage as we
only have a cat basket. The RSPCA believe it may have recently
had a litter as its teats were raised, they thought it was not
pregnant at the moment but may have a litter somewhere.

I've recentley lost one of my ferrets, Gandalf
he's Silver, White and Cream with a little black Smudge on his
nose. He got lost in
Tuddenham St.Martin, Ipswich, Suffolk
on the 22nd September 2009 after a mass break out with his mates.
We found his mates but he seemed to had headed off on his own
exploring without them. He's about 2 and a half years, friendly
but a bit shy when approached.
If anyone has found him or seen him please ring me on 07943303688
or
E-Mail
Many thanks, Paige.

Whilst searching for my missing ferrets, I have found
two that belong to others! One was found in Gravely, Cambridgeshire,
around the 12th June (approx). The other was found in St. Neots,
Cambridgeshire, on the 22nd June. I have been instructed by my
animal shelter to give no further details to deter opportunistic
ferret-fanciers, but anyone who has lost a ferret in either of
these two areas is welcome to contact me and give a description
of their missing ferret to see if it matches.
I can be contacted on: 07988 708 052 or 01480 880 581 or

Seen but not caught - Grange Farm Estate
in Kesgrave, Suffolk
16/06/2009
A ferret ran through my house this morning at about 11:30, Knights
Lane on the Grange Farm Estate in Kesgrave. It was pale beige
in colour. Sorry, I was too shocked to take a good look at it
and give a proper description - it was about the same length as
a small cat and a fine runner - obviously uninjured.
The recycling lorry had just been so I wonder if it had hitched
a ride from another part of Ipswich.
Last seen heading through the back gardens towards Wilding Drive.
Regards, Isabel
